Who doesn’t love fall and all the yummy flavors and scents….. apple pie, maple syrup, warm cinnamon and pumpkin spice? 

 

The only downfall is that a lot of fall treats are high in sugar and may not be the healthiest snacking choices. 

 

So here are two of our favorite easy and healthy fall snacks!

 

🍎 Apple Pie Yogurt Dip

 

Mix 1 cup of vanilla Greek yogurt, 1 teaspoon apple pie spice, and 3 tablespoons ground almond butter. Slice up an apple for dipping! 

 

🎃 Pumpkin Seed Granola Bars

 

Toast 2 cups of oats, 1 cup of almonds (chopped), and ½ cup pumpkin seeds on a baking sheet for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees. (Feel free to add other nuts or seeds!)

 

Warm ⅓ cup maple syrup, ¼ cup creamy peanut butter, and a pinch of salt on the stove top. 

 

Mix toasted oats, seeds, and nuts with the warm syrup and butter. Line a cool baking sheet with parchment paper and spread mixture on the sheet. Cool in the freezer for 20 minutes. 

 

Cut into bars and enjoy!
