I have over 30 years experience meditating and I come at it from a different angle than most “experts”.
Many of the things you’ll learn in this course I’ve developed through my own practice and through my work with Brain Sync and biofeedback therapists.

This course is designed for busy people, which is exactly why I’ve made all the lessons short, concise and actionable.
All tolled expect an average of 30 to 45-minutes per day, and that includes your meditation time!
You won’t need to snooze through long boring power-point classes, or get bogged down with too much homework.
Weekly Modules provide around 40-minutes of learning content delivered in bite-sized pieces. You can listen in one sitting, or break it up and do a little each day.
How is this different than meditating with apps?
Apps are great for quick stress reduction, but they’re not going to give you the hands on support or all the science-based techniques I’m sharing here.
An app will never provide the depth of knowledge and experience you’ll gain from taking this course.

How long do I meditate for?
Along with each module you get options for meditation tracks. You can start of with 10-minutes per day and build up, or dive in to the longer tracks. It’s up to you how much time you’d like to devote. I believe you’ll find that the way the course is designed it will be very easy for you to fit it into your daily schedule.
All the course materials are downloadable, so even if you start the course a little late, or have plans that interfere, you can download the lessons and take the course at your own leisure.
